  1. Legal basis
    This Privacy Policy complies with the regulations of Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).

  3. The badger-outdoor.com website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:  
    a) Through cookies stored on end devices  
    b) Through web server logs 
  4. Purpose of personal data collection and processing  
    a) Cookies are used to compile statistics that help us understand how Website Users use the websites, which allows us to improve their structure and content. The recipients of the data are Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook.  
    b) Server logs are stored in the server layer. This data is used solely for the purpose of administering the website and ensuring the most efficient hosting services possible. Data that may be stored: IP address, host name, time of connection to the website. 
  5. Data storage and processing period  
    Your personal data will be stored for a period of 10 years until the marketing opportunities and data analysis necessary for conducting business activities have been exhausted or until you revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data.
