Spark Flint
A practical flint in a compact plastic case is a handy source of fire in all conditions. It allows you to quickly light a fire without the need for matches or a lighter. It generates a strong stream of sparks that effectively ignites dry grass, birch bark, cotton wool, or special firelighters. The tool is perfect for camping, survival expeditions, mountain hiking, as well as in emergency situations where fire is necessary for heating, preparing meals, or drying clothes.
Ferrocerium – a reliable source of fire
The flint is equipped with a 50 mm long rod with a diameter of 6 mm, made of high-quality ferrocerium alloy. This material ensures high durability and wear resistance, allowing for repeated use. One vigorous pull of the spark igniter generates a dense shower of sparks with a temperature of up to 3000 deg. C, allowing you to start a fire even in heavy rain, snow, or strong winds. The cerium contained in the rod oxidizes when rubbed, producing intense sparks that easily ignite a flame. This design ensures reliable performance in all weather conditions.
Easy to use and convenient to transport
The ergonomic, ribbed casing makes the flint comfortable to hold, ensuring a secure grip even when wearing gloves. Its small size and low weight make it easy to carry in your pocket, backpack, or EDC set. The casing has been additionally sealed to prevent water from entering and protect the rod from corrosion. The set includes a cord that allows you to hang the flint on your belt, bag, or attach it to other equipment so that it is always at hand.
