Warranty

The warranty covers only defects arising from causes inherent in the item sold.

The manufacturer provides a 24-month warranty on all its products, except for multitools, which are covered by a 120-month warranty.

Defects or damage to the equipment revealed during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge within 30 days of delivery of the equipment to the warranty service center.

The warranty period is extended by the time the goods are in the service center.

The buyer has the right to exchange the equipment for new equipment or a cash refund if, during the warranty period, two repairs are necessary and the equipment still has defects that prevent its intended use.

The warranty does not cover consumables, i.e., batteries, rechargeable batteries, power banks, camping fuel, greases, waterproofing agents, and other consumables whose properties may degrade over time.

The repair does not include activities specified in the user manual, which the user is required to perform on their own.

The warranty does not cover damage to the equipment resulting from improper use, storage, maintenance, or transport that is not in accordance with the user manual.

Attempts of independent repair or modification of the equipment will result in the loss of the warranty.

Mechanical damage resulting from the customer’s fault is not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from force majeure such as atmospheric phenomena, floods, fires, etc.

The warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the buyer’s rights under the provisions on warranty for defects in the sold item.
